CE marking for construction products according to UNI EN 1090-1 in class EXC 3

La CE Marking on construction products according to the UNI EN 1090-1 standard is not only important for us as suppliers of welded steel structures and metalwork, but it is a true point of pride, so much so that we have implemented it in execution class EXC 3. The harmonized standard UNI EN 1090-1 – “Execution of steel and aluminum structures” establishes strict requirements and methods for the application of the CE Marking on construction products as specified by the European Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011. For this very reason, during 2020 we dedicated significant resources and energy to training and, with great pride, the TUV SUD Certification Body granted us the certificate of conformity UNI EN 1090-1:2012 according to execution class EXC 3. In addition to providing for the use of bronzed welding wire, which produces fewer fumes and spatters, thus protecting the operator’s health, our welding processes at 2 Zeta are managed by a Welding Coordinator and a Visual Inspector, both equipped with CE marking and current Declaration of Performance, in order to offer our customers a guarantee of certified reliability.
